How to operate this machine?
Initial state →Put the material into the mould, repos it the ejector cylinder →Load the mould →Close the mould quickly→ Clamp the mould slowly, increase pressure →Exhaust→ Vulcanization start →Vulcanization finish→ Open mould quickly→ Pushing out the mould →Ejector cylinder works, and separate mould and product→ Take out the product
The attentions for using flat vulcanizing machine:
1. Operation pressure should not exceed the rated pressure.
2. The minimum size of the mold must not be less than the diameter of the plunger. The mould should be placed in the middle of the hot plate, and the working fluid pressure should be adjusted according to the size of the mold and the curing time.
3. When stops using, the total power supply it should be cut off.
4. The column nut must be tightened and tightened regularly.
5. When empty cars are tested, they must put 60mm thick backing plates in the flat.
6. Mainframe and control box should have reliable grounding
7. Each contact must be clamped to check periodically whether there is any loosening.
8. Keep the electrical components clean, and the instruments must not be impacted or knocked.
